Restoring the 2002 Approved Master Site Plan
In October of 2002, the Cle Elum City Council approved of a Master Site Plan that would subdivide 1,100 acres into 1,334 residential dwellings, a business park, and land set aside for various public uses. Now, twenty-two years following the original approval, Blue Fern Development has submitted an updated proposal. Blue Fern Development’s Master Plan proposes 1,334 residential units to be built over several phases with product type that upholds the original goals of the 2002 approved plan.
