Restoring the 2002 Approved Master Site Plan
In October of 2002, the Cle Elum City Council approved of a Master Site Plan that would subdivide 1,100 acres into 1,334 residential dwellings, a business park, and land set aside for various public uses. Now, twenty-two years following the original approval, the current developer is working with the City through an approved Development Agreement to uphold the original goals of the 2002 plan.
